We have had to increase the rental prices of both properties this year, the new rates can be found on the bookings page. Peak season rates are now £550 per week for 7A, £350 for 7B and £800 for both properties.

We had also modified the terms and conditions, in line with new legislation both properties are now non smoking, and also pets are only permitted in 7A. The complete terms and conditions can be found here.

The site has been updated to reflect these changes.

7A now has a broadband internet connection that is available at no charge for guests staying in 7A. We are looking at providing the same service in 7B, perhaps by installing a wireless network.

The service is provided by Connected Communities and full instructions for connecting your pc or mac are available in the house, the connection is located in the living room.

We recently completed the purchase and renovation of 7B Ardroil. 7B is located behind 7A, sleeps two people and has been finished to the same high standard as 7A and is available for renting starting in the 2007 season. 7B can be rented separately or jointly with 7A depending on availability. The old website has been up for five years now and it was decided that it was time for a change. New technology makes it much easier to create small websites, no longer is it necessary to code pages by hand or use an expensive program. Not that I claim to have any specific skills in the area of web site design of course.

One addition to the web site is this blog page. On this page we will be posting occasional news and information that will be of interest to anyone thinking of staying at 7A Ardroil, the updates won't be very frequent though.
