We don't like too many rules but there always have to be a
few so we try to keep them to a minimum.
Letting Period The letting period is from 4 p.m.
Saturday until 10 a.m. the following Saturday. We only take
whole week lets from Saturday to Saturday.
Payment A £150 deposit for 7A or a £100
deposit for 7B must be paid to confirm the booking, the
balance is due 4 weeks from the date you are due to arrive.
If you book less than four weeks from your arrival time
then payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
All confirmed bookings are non refundable.
Damage Deposit A £75 damage deposit for 7A
and £50 damage deposit for 7B is required for each week of
your rental, the deposit should be paid on a separate
cheque. The cheque will not be cashed and will be returned
to you at the end of your rental period if the house is
left in good order and there are no breakages, damage or
excessive cleaning required.
Pets We are a pet friendly establishment
and we welcome your cats and dogs or whatever exotic pets
you travel with. Please make sure that your pets are kept
away from the sleeping areas and do not cause any damage to
the house. Pets are only permitted in 7A.
Smoking In line with the latest
legislations no smoking is permitted in either property.
Telephone There is a telephone in both
houses for your use. They will only make local calls but
you can make calling card calls and receive calls on it.
The number for 7A is 01851 672247, 7B is 01851 672263. Cell
phone reception has improved in the area recently and you
may be able to use your cell phone now depending on your
service provider, we believe that Orange is the only cell
phone that will work at the house.
Television We provide a television with a
satellite receiver and Sky Digital service in 7A, in 7B
there is a reasonably wide range of freeview channels. You
can get pay-per-view movies and if you do we ask you to
re-imburse us the cost of any pay-per-view services you
use. This is based purely on an honour system.
Linen and Towels Are provided for you as
part of your rental.
Coal and Wood There should be coal and
wood available when you move in, additional coal can be
purchased from the local store in Timsgarry. We ask you to
replace any coal and wood you use so there is some
available for the next guests. The cost of coal and wood is
not included in the rental.
Utilities The rental includes all
utilities.
And Finally All we ask is that you treat
the house with respect and consider the guests who will be
moving in after you, add any comments or suggestions to our
guest book and enjoy your stay.
